加强地方非公有制经济组织党建工作是做好新时期基层党建工作的重要组成部分。本文从当前地方非公有制经济组织党建工作所普遍面临的问题人手，分析总结了做好地方非公有制经济组织党建工作切实可行的措施和经验，并在此基础上提出探索地方非公有制经济组织党建工作科学发展新路径的问题。
