今年以来,我院根据国家关于深化医改、建立科学的绩效评价和内部分配激励机制的要求,结合国家三级综合医院等级评审标准,在严格遵守国家卫计委出台的“九不准”的基础上,本着质量第一、效率优先的原则,进行了激励分配体制改革,积极探索通过控制成本和优化资源配置,不断提高医疗服务质量与效率,进一步激励调动全院职工的工作积极性和创造性,从而实现降低病人费用、提高社会效益的改革目标。1.医院基本情况
