研究骨科植入用TLM钛合金的相转变过程及其对合金力学性能的影响。结果表明,TLM钛合金固溶后的显微组织为β相和少量细长的α″相,合金经低温300℃至500℃时效的过程中,α相的形成经历β→ω→α、α″→α2个过程,微观组织揭示出α″马氏体对亚稳ω相的形成具有一定的阻碍作用。同时TLM钛合金中相结构对降低弹性模量的程度由大到小的顺序为:ω>α″>α;相结构对提高强度的作用由大到小的顺序为:ω>α>α″;而相结构对延伸率的提高由大到小的顺序为:α″>α>ω。
