软实力是国家通过自身吸引力而非武力威胁、经济制裁等方式实现目标的能力,文化软实力是国家软实力的核心内容。在全球化背景下,文化软实力成为提升国家竞争力、保障国家文化安全、增强民族凝聚力的重要方式,对综合国力的提升具有重要意义。因而,应深入探究我国文化软实力发展中面临的种种问题,通过加强国际文化交流、发展文化产业、弘扬优秀传统文化等方式,提升我国文化软实力。 Soft power is the ability of the state to achieve its goal through its own attractiveness rather than the threat of armed force and economic sanctions. The soft power of culture is the core content of the national soft power. In the context of globalization, cultural soft power has become an important way to enhance national competitiveness, safeguard national cultural security and enhance national cohesion, which is of great significance to the improvement of overall national strength. Therefore, we should probe deeply into the various problems that our country faces in the development of cultural soft power, and enhance China’s cultural soft power by strengthening international cultural exchanges, developing cultural industries, and promoting outstanding traditional culture.
