就冷却塔飘水、水冷冷水机组及风冷冷水机组不能运行、试压时冷水机组发生位移等四项工程问题进行了分析，找出问题根源，提出了解决办法，认为在解决现场问题时，应善于观察，找准症结。
Four engineering problems such as floating tower cooling towers, water-cooled chillers and air-cooled chillers that cannot be operated, and displacements of chillers during pressure tests were analyzed to identify the root causes of the problems and proposed solutions. Should be good at observing and identifying cruxes.
