戏曲是中国传统文化的重要组成部分,与它共生的演艺场所在长期的历史积淀中形成了独特而深厚的文化底蕴。传统戏曲与用餐品茗相结合在中国由来已久。尽管现代商业在空间文化、消费模式、功能需求等方面都有了新的时代内涵与特征,传统戏曲与现代餐饮业的结合仍然有广阔的空间。文章从饮食与观戏文化结合历史开始,探讨二者结合模式在现代出现的两种形式,并对传统演艺空间的商业化运用前景进行展望。
Traditional Chinese opera is an important part of the traditional culture, symbiosis with its performing place in the long history of the accumulation of the formation of a unique and profound cultural heritage. Traditional opera and dining tea combination has a long history in China. Although modern commerce has new connotation and characteristics of the times in terms of space culture, consumption patterns and functional requirements, there is still ample room for the combination of traditional operas and the modern catering industry. The article begins with the combination of diet and culture with history and explores the two forms that the combination of the two modes appear in the modern times and looks forward to the prospect of the commercialization of the traditional performing arts space.
