留守儿童一直都是社会关注的热点话题,特别是这部分孩子的教育与管理;留守儿童在农村地区比较多,因为大部分家长都会外出务工,导致这部分孩子不能完整健康的发展;小学生正处于身心发展的重要阶段,他们的认知能力和独立思考能力比较弱,在发展过程中容易受到外界因素的影响,家庭和学校是两个对小学生发展有重要意义的场所,父母的监护在孩子的健康发展过程中扮演着重要的角色,父母监护角色的缺失会给留守儿童的身心健康带来严重的影响。本文主要对小学留守孩的教育与管理进行了探索。
