为明确中空夹层钢管聚氨酯复合构件(PFDST)的轴压性能,对20个不同类型的PFDST构件进行静力加载试验。基于试验结果,对PFDST构件的轴压承载力、延性、工作机理和破坏模态等进行细致分析,并拟合PFDST构件的承载力计算式。研究结果表明:各构件均未发生脆性破坏,具有较好的稳定性能、变形能力和延性;构件的极限抗压承载力较名义抗压极限承载力提高较大,最大比值可达1.70。与试验数据的比较表明,考虑套箍率和长径比影响的PFDST轴向抗压承载力计算式具有较好的准确性。
In order to clarify the axial compressive properties of PFDST, 20 different types of PFDST members were subjected to static loading test. Based on the test results, the bearing capacity, ductility, working mechanism and failure modes of PFDST members are analyzed in detail, and the bearing capacity formula of PFDST members is fitted. The results show that all the components have no brittle failure and have good stability, deformation capacity and ductility. The ultimate compressive capacity of the components increases greatly compared with the nominal ultimate compressive strength, the maximum ratio can reach 1.70. Compared with the experimental data, it is shown that the calculation formula of axial compressive bearing capacity of PFDST considering the influence of hoop ratio and aspect ratio has good accuracy.
