目的:探讨高校新生乙肝患者的心理问题,寻找患者心理护理对策,帮助患者树立正确的心理,积极应对疾病。方法:选取2011年1月到2013年1月于我院就诊的高校新生乙肝患者共100例,由医护人员设计问卷,收集患者临床治疗资料,回顾性分析和观察高校新生乙肝患者存在的心理问题,并给予积极的心理护理。结果:本次研究的所选取的对象中,患者心理问题主要表现为:抑郁、焦虑、恐惧,对疾病的认识水平有限,存在侥幸和否认心理等,校医院和心理健康咨询人员针对患者心理问题,给予患者积极的心理护理干预和咨询,100例患者在接受心理护理干预之后,疾病认知水平提高,依从性也得到极大的提高,患者均能积极配合治疗。结论:高校新生乙肝患者均存在一些心理问题,积极的心理干预能有效提高患者疾病认知能力,提高患者治疗效果,值得医护人员高度重视和思考。
Objective: To explore the psychological problems of hepatitis B patients in college freshmen, to find the psychological nursing countermeasures to help patients establish the correct psychology, and actively respond to the disease. Methods: From January 2011 to January 2013, 100 fresh hepatitis B patients were enrolled in our hospital. Questionnaires were designed by medical staffs to collect clinical treatment data. The psychological problems of freshmen with hepatitis B were retrospectively analyzed and observed. , And give positive psychological care. Results: Among the selected subjects in this study, the main psychological problems of patients were: depression, anxiety and fear, limited understanding of the disease, luck and denial psychology, and so on. School hospitals and mental health counselors focused on patients’ psychological problems , To give patients active psychological care intervention and counseling, 100 patients after receiving psychological care intervention, disease awareness increased, compliance has also been greatly improved, patients can actively cooperate with the treatment. CONCLUSION: There are some psychological problems in newly-diagnosed hepatitis B patients in colleges and universities. Positive psychological intervention can effectively improve patients’ cognitive ability of disease and improve the therapeutic effect of patients. It is worth the medical staff’s attention and thinking.
