采用injecto-patin喷枪浇灌杆柱的方法,需要把一定长度的杆柱插入炮孔内,然后,用水泥砂浆把它完全浇灌起来。浇灌完了之后,整个炮孔周围的岩层就和杆柱胶结在一起,形成一个连续的整体;并且增加了杆柱本身的初始强度。结果保证了在垂直方向大大加固,使横向移动具有较大的阻力。在开采过程中重新建立应力的平衡,由于应力的重新分布,阻止了岩层的破碎,避免了岩层间的分离;使顶板沉降减小到最低限度。比起目前通用的杆柱技术,其更重要的优点是灌浆过程,大大有助于防止杆柱的锈蚀,这样就延长了它们的使用寿
