目的检测鼻咽癌患者外周血中Th1、Th2、Th17及Treg细胞的比例,为其免疫治疗提供实验和理论依据。方法选取本院鼻咽癌患者36例,同期健康体检者50例作为对照组。采用流式细胞术检测外周血Th1、Th2、Th17细胞和Treg细胞百分率,分析鼻咽癌患者Th17和Treg细胞比例变化与疾病发生的关系。结果鼻咽癌外周血中Treg、Th2及Th17细胞占CD4~+T细胞比例升高,而Th1细胞占CD4~+T细胞比例下降,与正常对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌患者外周血中Treg、Th2及Th17细胞明显升高,而Th1细胞比例明显下降,因此,外周血中Th1/Th2、Th17/Treg细胞失衡可能与鼻咽癌的发病有关。
Objective To detect the proportion of Th1, Th2, Th17 and Treg cells in peripheral blood of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma and provide experimental and theoretical basis for their immunotherapy. Methods Totally 36 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital and 50 healthy people in the same period were selected as the control group. The percentage of Th1, Th2, Th17 cells and Treg cells in peripheral blood was detected by flow cytometry. The relationship between Th17 and Treg cell ratio and the occurrence of disease was analyzed. Results The proportion of Treg, Th2 and Th17 cells in CD4 ~ + T cells in nasopharyngeal carcinoma increased, while the proportion of Th1 cells in CD4 ~ + T cells decreased. Compared with the normal control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05 ). Conclusions The levels of Treg, Th2 and Th17 cells in peripheral blood of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma were significantly increased, while the proportion of Th1 cells was significantly decreased. Therefore, imbalance of Th1 / Th2 and Th17 / Treg cells in peripheral blood may be related to the pathogenesis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
