近年来随着数据机房的高速发展,特别是高发热密度的设备的大量使用,使机房冷却问题和空调能耗问题面临着巨大压力,甚至机房的冷却问题直接关系着机房的建设、增容。寻求更有效的冷却方式和更低的冷却能耗是业界关注的焦点。本文介绍一种针对高发热密度机房的冷却方案一分布式热管冷却系统,并以中国移动某机房应用项目为例,阐述其可行性,以为日后在数据机房中的规模应用提供依据。
In recent years, with the rapid development of data room, especially the heavy use of high heat density equipment, the cooling problem of the computer room and the energy consumption of air conditioning are facing tremendous pressure. Even the cooling of the computer room is directly related to the construction and capacity increase of the computer room. Seeking more effective cooling method and lower cooling energy consumption are the focus of the industry. In this paper, a distributed heat pipe cooling system for a cooling system with high heat density is introduced. Taking an application project of a computer room in China Mobile as an example, the feasibility of the system is illustrated in order to provide a basis for the future application in the data room.
