牵引电机轴承烧损是城轨车辆多发故障,共振解调、转速跟踪主动诊断技术能准确识别轴承早期、晚期故障。文章通过仿真,分析研究了电机轴承易烧损的机理,针对城轨车辆牵引电机,提出增加绝缘衬套和使用多绝缘轴承的维修建议。
Traction motor bearing burnout is multiple failures of urban rail vehicles, resonance demodulation, speed tracking active diagnostic technology can accurately identify the bearing early and late faults. In this paper, through simulation, the mechanism of easy burning of motor bearings is analyzed and studied. In view of the traction motor of urban rail vehicles, some suggestions on how to increase the insulation bushing and how to use multi-insulated bearings are proposed.
