本文用塑性理论分析并解出应变硬化材料的平板弯成园柱面(存在径向内压)时板内应力坊,同时用常规力学性能指标来表达硬化材料的应力应变关系中的各参数,解析推导出冷弯型钢屈服强度的计算公式.公式中反映了径向压力的影响.文中对所得公式作了简单讨论,并与已发表试验数据作了比较.
In this paper, plastic theory is used to analyze and solve the internal stresses in the slabs of the strain-hardened materials when they are bent into a cylindrical surface (with radial internal pressure). At the same time, the parameters of the stress-strain relationship of the hardened materials are expressed by the conventional mechanical properties. The formula for calculating the yield strength of cold-formed steel is derived analytically. The influence of radial pressure is reflected in the formula. The formulae obtained in this paper are briefly discussed and compared with published experimental data.
