目的探讨昆山市食物中毒发生的规律和特点,为有效预防和控制食物中毒提供科学依据。方法收集昆山市2006-2011年食物中毒流行病调查资料进行统计分析。结果 2006-2011年,昆山市共发生食物中毒事件77起,发病1 381人,死亡0人;8月份发生食物中毒次数最多(10起),九月份发病人数最多,占总发病人数的19.77%,季度分布主要以第一季度和第三季度为主;主要场所为企业食堂(55.84%)、餐饮单位(15.58%)、学校食堂(14.29%)、家庭聚餐(9.09%);中毒原因主要为原因不明食物中毒,占64.94%,细菌性中毒,占22.08%,其中主要为金黄色葡萄球菌(7.79%)和副溶血性弧菌(6.49%)。结论加强宣传教育,提高广大消费者卫生意识,建立有效的监管防控机制,加强关键环节的控制,消除食物中毒发生的隐患,建立完善的食物中毒应急处理机制。
Objective To investigate the regularity and characteristics of food poisoning in Kunshan City and provide a scientific basis for effective prevention and control of food poisoning. Methods The survey data of food poisoning in Kunshan from 2006 to 2011 were collected for statistical analysis. Results From 2006 to 2011, there were 77 food poisoning incidents in Kunshan City, with a total of 1 381 cases of fatalities and 0 fatalities. The number of food poisoning cases was the highest in August (10 cases), the highest was in September, accounting for 19.77% of the total cases. (55.84%), catering units (15.58%), school canteens (14.29%) and family dinners (9.09%). The main causes of poisoning were The cause of unknown food poisoning, accounting for 64.94%, bacterial poisoning, accounting for 22.08%, of which mainly Staphylococcus aureus (7.79%) and Vibrio parahaemolyticus (6.49%). Conclusion To strengthen publicity and education, raise consumers’ health awareness, establish effective regulatory control and prevention mechanisms, strengthen control of key links, eliminate hidden dangers of food poisoning and establish a sound emergency response mechanism for food poisoning.
