超氧化物歧化酶(简称SOD)广泛存在于各种生物体内,为一组金属蛋白质,是催化超氧自由基歧化反应的酶类之一。机体代谢过程中连续不断地产生超氧自由基,对机体毒性很大,而动物体内的SOD对超氧自由基有清除作用。由于SOD能清除超氧自由基,故近年来SOD的研究受到国内外医药界的高度重视。普遍认为,目前多种疾病如习惯性流产、胎儿死亡,肿瘤、心脑血管疾病、动脉粥样硬化、血栓形成、肺气肿以及辐射引起的放射性疾病都与机体内SOD活性降低有密切关系。所以
