婴儿脐疝,亦称脐突。多由胎热郁于腹中,无所发泄,引起婴儿烦躁不安,睡卧不宁,频频伸引,腹痛努胀,而致气冲脐间,脐忽赤肿,虚大光浮。先父每用《医宗金鉴·幼科杂病心法》所载“三豆散”敷脐,多获速效,余临床试之亦屡验,特录于此,供同道复试。方药:赤小豆不去皮,豆豉、天南星去皮脐、白敛各3克,共研细末。用芭蕉树汁(以刀砍鲜芭蕉树后,其刀口处溢出之汁)3～6克,调敷脐四旁,纱布包扎,日换二次。一般二、三天可愈。病例:徐××,男,45天,脐突一周,赤肿光浮,吵闹不宁,西药治疗3天不效,余用白芍、广木香各3克,磨开水内服,外敷三豆散一剂,二天即愈。两月后因外感来诊,诉前病未再复发。 Infantile umbilical hernia, also known as the umbilical process.
