目的研究前房维持器在白内障超声乳化吸出术中的应用特点，以提高手术的安全性及成功率。方法68例（71眼）白内障行超声乳化吸出术，术中均应用前房维持器。结果术后两组病例3－5天视力>0．5达90％，术后1月以上达96％，术后角膜散光较同类切口者小。结论前房维持器使用简单有效，能维持恒定前房深度及眼内压，减少术中、术后并发症。
Objective To study the application characteristics of anterior chamber maintainer in phacoemulsification cataract extraction to improve the safety and success rate of surgery. Methods 68 cases (71 eyes) of phacoemulsification cataract extraction surgery, the application of anterior chamber maintainer. Results Visual acuity> 0.5 was 90% in 2 to 5 days and 96% in 1 month after operation in both groups. Postoperative corneal astigmatism was smaller than that of other incisions. Conclusion The use of anterior chamber maintainer is simple and effective, can maintain a constant anterior chamber depth and intraocular pressure, reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications.
