目前,禁毒工作在开展进程中遇到这样或那样的问题和困难,尤其是新《刑事诉讼法》开始实施以来相关禁毒执法难点明显突出,究其原因是多方面的。对此,本文就当前开展禁毒工作中适用新刑诉法等法律法规方面的难点及原因的粗浅分析,研究和探索解决当前禁毒工作执法难点的对策。 At present, the anti-narcotics work has encountered one or more problems and difficulties during the process of its implementation. In particular, the difficulties in counter-narcotics enforcement since the start of the new Code of Criminal Procedure have been clearly highlighted. The reasons are many.
