为进一步探索安全科学在复杂体系领域的具体内容,促进体系安全性研究的发展,基于安全科学理论和体系工程原理,给出体系安全性的相关概念和研究流程与工作内容。以2起体系事故为例,讨论体系安全问题的特征和表现形式。分析体系安全性、涌现、体系内部相互关系三者之间的关联关系。将体系内部相互作用涌现产生的危险,分为传播、组合、交互和演化4类。结果表明:体系安全性问题的本质原因是体系内系统间的相互作用和关系会产生非期望的消极涌现;体系安全性研究应重点关注体系内部相互关系涌现带来的4类危险,及其可能发生的事故和风险。
In order to further explore the specific content of safety science in the field of complex systems and promote the development of system safety research, the concepts, research processes and work contents of system safety are given based on safety science theory and system engineering principle. Taking 2 system accidents as an example, this paper discusses the characteristics and manifestations of system safety issues. Analyze the relationship between system security, emergence, and inter-relationship within the system. The emergence of the interaction within the system arising from the danger, divided into spread, combination, interaction and evolution of four categories. The results show that the essential reason of the system security problem is that the interactions and relationships among the systems in the system will produce undesirable emergencies. The research on system security should focus on the four kinds of dangers brought by the emergence of the inter-system relationships and their possible Accidents and risks.
