On November 27, 2015, the newly revised Measures for the Implementation of the Trade Unions Law formally passed the review, marking a new stage for the unions. The legitimate rights and interests of employees will be effectively protected. The new “Implementation Measures” will provide comprehensive support and protection in enriching the service content of unions, innovating service modes, improving the service system for staff and workers, formulating the equal consultation mechanism between enterprises and staff, and guiding the establishment of trade unions among SMEs.
