用氢氧化铝佐剂配制的牛抗独特型抗体菌苗(简称二抗佐剂苗)免疫大动物牛,通过免疫程序的测定,确定用2种程序,2个剂量进行免疫。免疫后观察其不同时期的血清学免疫反应和保护力。初步结果表明:二抗佐剂苗免疫后与S19号苗具有同等的抗原刺激作用。在引发同源抗体的能力上S19号苗诱发的血清滴度高于二抗佐剂苗。所做的抗菌保护试验表明,保护力可达6个月以上。
The bovine anti-idiotypic antibody vaccine (abbreviated as secondary antibody adjuvant vaccine) formulated with aluminum hydroxide adjuvant was used to immunize large animals and cattle. Immunization with the two programs and two doses was confirmed by the immunoassay. After immunization observed in different periods of serological immune response and protection. The preliminary results showed that the immune adjuvant of the second antibody had the same antigen-stimulating effect as the S19 seedling after immunization. The serum titer induced by S19 seedlings was higher than that of the secondary antibody adjuvant seedlings on the ability to elicit homologous antibodies. Antibacterial protection tests done show that the protective power of up to 6 months.
