目的研究注意缺陷多动障碍(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)患儿体内锌含量及T淋巴细胞亚群活性,以促进ADHD患儿的治疗。方法选择60例ADHD患儿和50例正常对照儿童,采用原子吸收光谱法测定血锌含量,同时采用流式细胞仪检测CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T淋巴细胞亚群活性水平。结果 ADHD组患儿血锌含量(73.24±9.89)μmol/L,明显低于正常对照组[(82.51±7.81)μmol/L,t=5.373,P<0.01]。ADHD组患儿CD3+、CD4+、CD4+/CD8+T淋巴细胞活性[(57.9±5.0)%,(26.8±3.9)%,1.059±0.234]较正常对照组[(68.2±4.9)%,(36.5±4.7)%,1.432±0.279]显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(t=10.84,11.85,7.63,P<0.01),而两组CD8+无明显差别。相关分析表明血锌与CD4+、CD3+呈正相关(r=0.577,0.411,P<0.01)。结论 ADHD患儿血锌含量偏低,存在T淋巴细胞亚群失衡状态,以CD4+T淋巴细胞活性降低为主,补充锌制剂有利于ADHD患儿的治疗。
Objective To study zinc levels and T lymphocyte subsets in children with ADHD and to promote the treatment of children with ADHD. Methods Sixty children with ADHD and 50 normal control children were enrolled. Blood zinc levels were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. The levels of CD3 +, CD4 + and CD8 + T lymphocyte subsets were measured by flow cytometry. Results The level of blood zinc in children with ADHD was (73.24 ± 9.89) μmol / L, which was significantly lower than that in the control group [(82.51 ± 7.81) μmol / L, t = 5.373, P <0.01]. The activity of CD3 +, CD4 +, CD4 + / CD8 + T lymphocytes in ADHD group was significantly higher than that in control group [(57.9 ± 5.0)%, (26.8 ± 3.9)%, 1.059 ± 0.234] 4.7%, 1.432 ± 0.279] respectively, the difference was statistically significant (t = 10.84,11.85,7.63, P <0.01), but there was no significant difference between the two groups. Correlation analysis showed that serum zinc was positively correlated with CD4 + and CD3 + (r = 0.577, 0.411, P <0.01). Conclusions Children with ADHD have low level of blood zinc and imbalance of T lymphocyte subsets, with the activity of CD4 + T lymphocyte decreasing. Supplementing with zinc preparations is beneficial to the treatment of children with ADHD.
