长期以来,在教学活动中,学生表面的活跃掩盖了学生事实上的被动,新课标教学要努力扬弃那种注入式、填鸭式的旧教学观,树立新型教学观,核心问题是要确立学生的主体地位,充分发挥学生的主动性、积极性、能动性。在课堂教学中,要重新认识教学过程,摆正“教”与“学”的关系,教师要真正有效地实施素质教育,使学生积极主动参与教学过程,最重要的是找好一个支点,通过各种灵活的教学方式,努力营造宽松、良好的教学氛围,缩短师生之间的心理距离,点燃学生学习的热情,使学生形成主动参与学习的心态,对知识进行重构。只有把教师的主导作用与学生的主体地位有机结合起来,才能培养学生主动探究、勇于创新的精神,才能促进学生全面而有个性的发展,学生方可以成为知识的主人,学习的主体。
