Pulmonary vestibule is the area where the pulmonary veins and left atria extend. During embryonic development, the pulmonary veins merge with the left atrium and absorbs gradually. The muscle fibers in this vein travel complexly and may be arranged in a ring, longitudinal or oblique line. The different muscle fibers intersect with each other, The opposite sex is obvious, there is a clear delay or blockage in the conduction here. The pulmonary veins and their vestibular tissues are closely related to the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation. Understanding the anatomy of the vestibular area in the pulmonary veins is of great significance in understanding the occurrence and maintenance of atrial fibrillation and guiding the clinical treatment.
