某院麻醉科承担了基层医院麻醉专业骨干力量培养项目力争帮助基层医院麻醉医师学员在较短时间内(10个月左右的培养过程)在临床和科研上获得较明显的进步。目前麻醉科的工作模式对进修医师的培养有不利的一面。为了保证按要求完成学习培养目标,在较短时间内使学员得到较为系统的临床培训和完整地完成一项科研项目,对学员带教采用“一对一”的导师制。优秀的导师对学员完成临床思维、科研思维、综合素质甚至个性品德的发展和提升有重要的引导和感召作用。由于完善的导师选任机制和责任落实,加上教与学双方的努力,培养项目取得了较好的效果。
An Anesthesiology Department of a hospital undertakes the training program of backbone forces for anesthesia in primary hospitals and strives to help primary-school anesthesiologists obtain more significant clinical and scientific progress in a relatively short period of time (about 10 months of training). At present, the working model of anesthesia has a negative effect on the training of advanced physicians. In order to ensure the completion of the learning and training objectives as required, in a relatively short period of time, trainees receive more systematic clinical training and complete a scientific research project. Trainees are taught “one-on-one” mentoring. Excellent tutors have an important guiding and inspiring role in the students’ completion of clinical thinking, scientific research thinking, overall quality and even the development and promotion of individual morality. Due to the perfect mentoring mechanism and responsibility implementation, combined with the efforts of both teaching and learning, training projects have achieved good results.
