马氏双倍运动试验已被广泛地用以发现隐匿型冠心病。另一方面作者发现,许多冠心病患者,其心电向量图均可见T环的形态异常(多见于横面)。此外,凡心电向量图横面T环位于右前或右后者,其心电图均示异常的ST—T改变,而有些普通心电图ST—T属正常的冠心病患者,则尚可根据心电向量图T环的形态异常(T环位于左前而呈圆形或三角形)而得以诊断。本文旨在对普通心电图ST—T均正常的病人加作心电图运动试验后的结果,与休息时心电向量图T的改变之间的关系进行对比,以估量心电图运动试验与心电向量图对冠心病的诊断价值。
Markov double exercise test has been widely used to detect occult coronary heart disease. On the other hand, the authors found that many patients with coronary heart disease, T-ring morphology showed abnormal ECG vector diagram (more common in the horizontal). In addition, where the horizontal T-ring of the ECG vector graph is located on the right front or the right, the ECG shows abnormal ST-T changes, while some ordinary ECG ST-T is a normal coronary heart disease patients, T ring abnormalities (T ring in the left front and round or triangular) to be diagnosed.
