智能配电网自愈控制是在配电网不同层次和区域内实施充分协调并优化的控制策略,使其具有自我感知、自我诊断、自我决策和自我恢复的能力,实现配电网在不同状态下的安全、可靠与经济运行。对国家“863计划”课题“智能配电网自愈控制技术研究与开发”的主要研究内容、成果及示范应用情况进行了重点介绍。课题系统性地提出了智能配电网自愈控制理论和控制策略,研制了智能配电网自愈控制统一支撑平台与自愈控制系统,以及保护测控一体化终端和故障定位指示装置。以广东金融高新技术服务区为依托,建成含多种分布式电源及储能系统的智能配电网自愈控制示范区。现场模拟故障试验表明,自愈控制系统达到了预定目标,为智能配电网自愈控制技术在我国的推广应用奠了定坚实的基础。
Self-healing control of intelligent distribution network is a fully coordinated and optimized control strategy at different levels and regions of the distribution network, which enables it to self-perception, self-diagnosis, self-decision-making and self-recovery capabilities to achieve distribution network in different states Under the safe, reliable and economic operation. The main research contents, achievements and demonstration applications of “863 Program” subject “research and development of intelligent distribution network self-healing control technology ” are mainly introduced. The subject systematically put forward the self-healing control theory and control strategy of intelligent distribution network, and developed a unified support platform and self-healing control system for self-healing control of intelligent distribution network, as well as integrated protection and control terminals and fault location indication devices. Relying on Guangdong Financial High-tech Service Area, a self-healing control demonstration zone for intelligent distribution network with various distributed power sources and energy storage systems has been built. The field simulation fault test shows that the self-healing control system has achieved the predetermined goal, laying a solid foundation for the popularization and application of the intelligent distribution network self-healing control technology in our country.
