目的:探讨补肾活血方药对慢性再生障碍性贫血(CAA)患者骨髓造血细胞C-met SF基因表达的影响。方法:60例CAA病人随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予补肾活血中药汤剂,每日1剂,分2次口服;对照组给予再障生血片,5片,每日3次,口服,疗程为3个月,采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测CAA患者治疗前后骨髓单个核细胞C-met SFmRNA基因含量的变化。结果:CAA患者骨髓单个核细胞C-met SF mRNA表达水平高于正常对照组,治疗后C-met SF mRNA表达水平有不同程度下降,并且补肾活血方药对C-met SF表达水平的下调程度优于再障生血片组(P<0.05)。结论:CAA患者骨髓C-met SF的基因表达存在异常;补肾活血方药可能通过调节骨髓C-met SF基因的表达而改善CAA的骨髓造血功能,促进骨髓造血功能恢复。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Recipe on C-met SF gene expression in bone marrow hematopoietic cells of patients with chronic aplastic anemia (CAA). Methods: Sixty patients with CAA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given Decoction for Tonifying the Kidney and Promoting Blood Circulation, one day and two times orally. The control group was given Bazhong Shengxue Tablet 5 times a day, Oral, treatment for 3 months, using reverse transcription - polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) detection of CAA patients before and after treatment of bone marrow mononuclear cells C-met SFmRNA gene content changes. Results: The expression level of C-met SF mRNA in bone marrow mononuclear cells of CAA patients was higher than that of normal control group. The expression level of C-met SF mRNA in CAA patients decreased to different extents, and the level of C-met SF decreased significantly Yu Zaishishengxue tablet group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The gene expression of C-met SF in bone marrow of CAA patients is abnormal. Bushen Huoxue recipe may improve bone marrow hematopoietic function and bone marrow hematopoietic function recovery by regulating the expression of C-met SF gene in bone marrow.
