超声波拉管新技术是超声波金属塑性加工的重要组成部分之一。在国外,超声波拉管研究较早,工艺及装备亦较成熟。上海有色金属研究所在研究成功超声波金属丝材加工新技术的基础上和上海第二铜管厂一起,又成功地把超声波用于拉拔黄铜毛细管。超声波换能器功率250瓦,频率18千周,控制管材规格直径3.6毫米以下。实际使用结果表明,与原工艺比较有如下优点:
Ultrasonic pipe pulling technology is an important part of ultrasonic metal plastic processing. Abroad, ultrasonic pulling pipe earlier, more mature technology and equipment. Shanghai Nonferrous Metal Research Institute, together with the Shanghai No.2 Copper Tube Factory, successfully used ultrasonic technology for drawing brass capillaries based on the successful research of new ultrasonic wire metal processing technologies. Ultrasonic transducer power 250 watts, frequency 18 kilowatts, control pipe diameter 3.6 mm below. The actual use of the results show that, compared with the original process has the following advantages:
