目的观察波前像差引导的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)和常规LASIK治疗近视后术眼6 mm瞳孔直径下球差的变化情况。方法行波前像差引导LASIK手术的近视患者36例(71眼,试验组),行常规LASIK手术的近视患者36例(71眼,对照组),术前及术后1、3个月用Zywave波前像差仪测量6 mm瞳孔直径下术眼的球差。结果术前及术后1、3个月球差均方根值(RMS)试验组分别为0.13±0.11、0.30±0.05、0.32±0.01,对照组分别为0.14±0.12、0.38±0.09、0.41±0.01,两组术前比较P>0.05,各组手术前后比较、两组术后比较P<0.05。结论 LASIK术后术眼球差持续上升,波前像差引导的LASIK比常规LASIK在减少球差上升方面更有优势。
Objective To observe the changes of spherical aberration under the conditions of wavefront guided laser excimer laser in situ keratomileusis (LASIK) and conventional LASIK for the treatment of myopia after 6 mm pupil diameter. Methods Thirty-six patients (71 eyes, experimental group) with myopia guided by wavefront aberration guided LASIK surgery, 36 patients (71 eyes, control group) with myopia underwent routine LASIK, The Zywave wavefront aberrometry was used to measure the spherical aberration at 6 mm pupil diameter. Results The mean RMS value of spherical aberration (RMS) in preoperation and postoperative 1, 3 months were 0.13 ± 0.11, 0.30 ± 0.05 and 0.32 ± 0.01 respectively in control group and 0.14 ± 0.12, 0.38 ± 0.09 and 0.41 ± 0.01 , P> 0.05 before the operation in both groups, before and after operation in each group, P <0.05 after operation. Conclusions The eyeball aberration after LASIK continues to increase. LASIK guided by wavefront aberration has more advantages than conventional LASIK in reducing the spherical aberration.
