将沥青以微小的颗粒状态分散到水中的过程就是沥青的浮化过程。完成这一过程有许多方法、如自然扩散法、超声波法、机械分散法等。机械分散法具有速度快,生产量大,调节控制容易等优点,是工业生产中普遍采用的乳化法。这一方法的主要特点是依靠机械力把沥青液相破碎并均匀地分散到水中。习惯上把用来完成沥青液相破碎分散的机器称为乳化机,把完成沥青乳化所需的装置称为乳化设备。图9表示乳化沥青的生产过程。 The process of dispersing bitumen into water in the form of fine particles is the process of asphalt flotation. There are many ways to accomplish this process, such as natural diffusion method, ultrasonic method, mechanical dispersion method and so on. Mechanical dispersion method has the advantages of fast speed, large production volume, easy adjustment and control, and is an emulsification method widely used in industrial production. The main feature of this method is that it relies on mechanical force to break the liquid phase of asphalt and disperse it evenly into the water. Traditionally used to complete the disintegration of liquid asphalt crushing machine called emulsifying machine, the completion of the device required to emulsify asphalt called emulsifying equipment. Figure 9 shows the production of emulsified asphalt.
