对甘肃省境内10所变电站钢构架腐蚀现状进行了现场调查。调查发现不同地理气候环境下变电钢构架的腐蚀程度及腐蚀特征差别较大,不能采用一种腐蚀模型对其进行描述。分析了不同环境因素对变电钢构架腐蚀的影响,并归纳总结了各影响因素与腐蚀类型及机理之间的关系,可为类似地理气候环境下变电钢构架耐久性的进一步研究及腐蚀防护提供参考。
On-site survey of the corrosion status of 10 steel structures in Gansu province was carried out. The survey found that the corrosion degree and corrosion characteristics of substation steel structures vary greatly in different geographical climate environments and can not be described by an erosion model. The influence of different environmental factors on the corrosion of substation steel frame is analyzed. The relationship between each influencing factor and the type and mechanism of corrosion is summarized. It can be used to further study the durability of substation steel structure in similar geographical and climatic environment and to protect it for reference.
