新近沉积土是北京城市建设中经常遇到的工程性能较差的地基土层,最初是在20世纪50年代后期结合工程实践而被工程师所认识的。针对北京地区这一特殊性地基土,近年来通过多学科研究方法进行了专门的立项研究。系统介绍了研究成果,包括沉积年代划分界限(7 000~7 500年)及其沉积标志、粘土矿物、物理指标、力学指标的试验分析资料、地基承载力与地基许可沉降值,并讨论了新近沉积土与一般第四纪沉积土工程特性的差别。
The newly-deposited soil is a poorly-founded foundation soil layer often encountered in Beijing’s urban construction. It was first recognized by engineers in the late 1950s in combination with engineering practice. In view of the special foundation soil in Beijing area, special research projects have been conducted through multidisciplinary research methods in recent years. The system introduced the research results, including the boundary of the sedimentary age (7 000 to 7 500 years) and the experimental analysis data of sedimentary marks, clay minerals, physical and mechanical indicators, foundation bearing capacity and allowable subsidence values of the foundation, and discussed recently. Differences between engineering characteristics of sedimentary soils and general Quaternary sedimentary soils.
