李先金大组是安徽省地质局302队的一个红旗作业组。它在1959年和1960年由于政治思想领先，干劲大，克服了技术、物资和自然条件等方面的困难，超额完成了生产任务而连续两年获得优胜红旗。今年以来，这个组根据党的“调整、巩固、充实、提高”的方针，认真地总结以往的经验，依靠群众，发扬民主，改进工作方法，进一步调动群众的生产积极性，使成果的质量和数量都有显著提高，仅以黄铺测区第二阶段为例，成果数量达定额的120％，成果质量良级由第一阶段的30％提高到75％，完全消灭了废品。因而连续两季获得队的流动红旗。
