运输部门做好计划运输与车辆的调度是一项不断提高运输效率的重要组织工作。因此,对干线运输和短途运输都必须全部纳入计划,按既定的“运输针划编报程序”办理,实行统一平衡,全面安排,达到合理组织运输,顺利完成各项运输任务。我省各地在当地党、政的正确领导下,对解决运量与运力不平衡的矛盾、组织短途物资集散、汽车列车调度方法、装卸等工作,积累了很多经验。这些经验对提高车辆运行效率、适时地完成各项运输任务提供了有效的方法和措施。 Transport departments to plan transportation and vehicle scheduling is a continuous improvement of transport efficiency of the important organizational work. Under the correct leadership of the local party and government, various departments in our province have accumulated a great deal of experience in solving the contradictions between the unbalanced transport capacity and transport capacity, organizing short-distance distribution of goods, dispatching methods for train cars, and loading and unloading. These experiences provide effective methods and measures to improve the efficiency of vehicle operation and accomplish various transportation tasks in a timely manner.
