目的了解乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区医疗机构消毒工作质量现状,提高乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区医疗机构管理水平,预防和控制医院内感染。方法采用现场和实验室检测方法,对乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区各级医疗机构的室内空气、紫外灯辐照强度、压力蒸汽灭菌器、库存和使用中消毒剂、中度危险性医疗器材、低度危险性医疗器材、物体表面、医务人员手卫生等进行了采样和监测。结果共监测900份,消毒与灭菌质量总合格率为88.8%,一级医院的消毒质量好于个体诊所,合格率差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.893 5,P<0.05);各监测对象中,室内空气合格率为62.2%、紫外灯辐照强度合格率99.3%、压力蒸汽灭菌器效果监测合格率91.9%、消毒液合格率89.4%、中度危险性医疗器材合格率88.2%、低度危险性医疗器材合格率89.6%、物体表面合格率100.0%、医务人员手卫生合格率98.1%。结论乌鲁木齐市沙依巴克区医疗机构室内空气合格率偏低,一级医院、社区服务站消毒质量好于个体诊所,个体诊所消毒与灭菌质量有待进一步提高。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection work in medical institutions in Shayibake District of Urumqi, improve the management level of medical institutions in Shayibake District of Urumqi and prevent and control the infection in hospitals. Methods The on-site and laboratory tests were used to evaluate the indoor air and UV lamp irradiance intensity, pressure steam sterilizer, inventory and disinfectant in use, medium-risk medical equipment, medical equipment in Urumqi, Low-risk medical equipment, the surface of objects, medical staff hand hygiene were sampled and monitored. Results A total of 900 samples were tested. The total qualified rate of disinfection and sterilization was 88.8%. The quality of disinfection in first-class hospitals was better than that of individual clinics (χ2 = 4.893 5, P <0.05) , The passing rate of indoor air was 62.2%, the pass rate of ultraviolet lamp irradiation was 99.3%, the rate of pressure steam sterilizer monitoring was 91.9%, the disinfectant liquid pass rate was 89.4%, the medium-risk medical equipment pass rate was 88.2% Low-risk medical equipment 89.6% pass rate, the object surface pass rate of 100.0%, medical staff hand hygiene pass rate of 98.1%. Conclusions The passing rate of indoor air in medical institutions in Shayibake district of Urumqi is low. The quality of disinfection in first-class hospitals and community service stations is better than that of individual clinics. The quality of disinfection and sterilization in individual clinics needs to be further improved.
