至今 ,国内外对装配式钢筋混凝土构件竖向接缝的抗震性能研究很少。各国规范对其强度计算采用不同的破坏机理且不考虑接缝宽度变化的影响。本文进行了 18榀不同配筋率和接缝宽度的装配式钢筋混凝土试件 ,在低周反复荷载作用下的试验 ,研究试件的破坏过程 ;分析了接合筋“压力 -摩擦”抗剪作用及接缝宽度变化对混凝土抗剪强度的影响。根据试验结果 ,建立了装配式钢筋混凝土构件竖向齿槽接缝考虑接缝宽度变化的抗剪承载力验算公式。建议的公式与试验结果吻合较好 ,为工程设计提供了可借鉴的依据
So far, few studies have been done on the seismic behavior of vertical joints of fabricated RC members at home and abroad. Different national norms use different failure mechanisms for strength calculation and do not consider the influence of seam width variation. In this paper, 18 榀 assembled reinforced concrete specimens with different reinforcement ratio and joint width were tested under low cyclic load to study the failure process of specimens. The effect of “pressure-friction” And the influence of seam width on the shear strength of concrete. Based on the test results, the formula of checking shear capacity of vertical slotted seams of prefabricated reinforced concrete members considering the variation of joint width is established. The proposed formula is in good agreement with the experimental results, which provides a basis for engineering design
