1 前盲从60年代初期至70年代后期,国外发展了一种连续铸钢的新技术,即水平连铸。水平连铸技术具有以下特点: (1)铸机设备高度低,因此无需建高大厂房,该技术特别适用于中、小型炼钢车间,也适用于老钢厂的铸锭车间改造。 (2)铸机设备结构较简单,设备重量比弧形连铸机少40%,故基建投资较少;又由于水平放置,因此便于安装和维修。 (3)水平连铸中间包与结晶器连成一个整体,避免了钢水的二次氧化,因而,连铸坯的纯洁度较高,可铸钢种范围较大。 (4)与弧形连铸相比,水平连铸结晶器内的钢水静压力较高,凝固坯壳与结晶器
A pre-blind From the early 1960s to the late 1970s, a new continuous casting technology developed abroad, namely horizontal continuous casting.
