曲氏白药对兔左颈主动脉喷射性出血的止血时间为4′3″±1′15″,与市售“茶花牌云南白药”作对比,则后者为7′08″±2′36″P<0.001。无论从群体和同一个体的喷射性出血或对肝、肾渗出性出血的比较,其止血作用均以曲氏白药为优。曲氏白血有明显缩短出血时间和凝血时间的作用,且能增加血小板计数(t=4.1P<0.01),诱导血小板聚集,对肝素化血浆和拘穆酸纳混合血浆均能促使凝固,说明激活血小板第4因子(PF’)的功能是存在的。服药后血小板第3因子有明显升高(t=4.03P<0.01),此与血小板计数增加是一致的。从体内和体外实验,证明曲氏白药还有促使凝血酶的生成作用。给兔口服(0.59/kg)2小时后的血浆,对复钙时间,凝血酶原时间及自陶土部份凝血活酶时间的测定,均有明显缩短(P<0.001)。因此实验充分说明了曲氏白药的止血机理,并非完全依赖于含钙量的作用,而是重要地几乎影响了所有凝血因子和血小板系统。
