一、运用平等策略,以学生为主体对话教学中师生之间是民主的、平等的关系。实现师生之间真正的民主、平等关系是对话教学的前提。在英语教学过程中,教师在言语策略上要始终体现学生的主体地位,充分发挥学生在学习过程中的主动性,营造宽松、和谐的学习气氛,使学生乐于开口,乐于实践。教师课堂言语的选择与使用最能体现这种师生心理世界的开放特征和民主与平等的师生关系,教师应选择使用能体现这种民主平等关系的言语策
