January 20, 2003: Bush is White House for the Second Anniversary. A report was published in Newsweek in the United States on the number and timing of sitting in a televised address from John F. Kennedy, the first president to give a campaign speech through television, to nine George W. Bush presidents . Bush was sitting in a televised speech for more than “old man” Reagan, accounting for 18.7% of the total time. Newsweek, a Democrat-oriented newspaper, published the purpose of the checklist to say that the Republican nominated president must have been lame if not ill-healthd. It is questionable whether such a president can fulfill his or her job as president.
