输水钢管振动可能是径向振动,也可能是横向振动。前者的特征是弹性管壁的凸凹变形;后者的特征则是沿管轴线的弯曲变形(图1)。这是截然不同的两种振动类型,故其分析方法也完全不同。本文综合已有文献资料,并结合笔者自己的有限实践,在这里介绍一下有关横向振动的分析方法。至于径向振动的分析方法,笔者前已报导过。限于水平,谬误不当之处,望批评指正。
Water pipe vibration may be radial vibration, it may be horizontal vibration. The former is characterized by convex and concave deformation of the elastic wall; the latter is characterized by bending along the axis of the tube (Figure 1). This is a very different type of vibration, so the analysis is completely different. This article synthesizes the existing literature, combined with the author’s own limited practice, here to introduce the method of analysis of lateral vibration. As for the analysis method of radial vibration, I have already reported before. Limited to the level of error, inappropriate, hope to criticism and correction.
