主要介绍了塑料检查井的应用背景、现状及存在的问题,针对该问题设计开发出一种高性能的塑料检查井专用料。与普通料相比,专用料的熔体流动速率由4~6 g/10 min提高到6~10 g/10 min,缺口冲击强度由6 kJ/m2提高到8~24 kJ/m2,弯曲模量由2.0 GPa提高到4.5~6.0 GPa。该专用料具有应用范围广、加工性能好、使用方便的特点,能有效地解决目前塑料检查井在强度、韧性和成本等方面的问题。
This paper mainly introduces the application background, current situation and existing problems of plastic inspection well, designs and develops a special high-performance plastic inspection well for this problem. Compared with common materials, the melt flow rate of special materials increased from 4 ~ 6 g / 10 min to 6 ~ 10 g / 10 min, and the notched impact strength increased from 6 kJ / m2 to 8 ~ 24 kJ / m2. The amount increased from 2.0 GPa to 4.5 ~ 6.0 GPa. The special material has a wide range of applications, processing performance, easy to use features that can effectively solve the current plastic inspection wells in strength, toughness and cost issues.
