一、细胞凋亡的一般概念细胞凋亡是在生理条件下细胞基因编码引导的细胞程序性死亡,所以又称之为细胞程序死亡。它保证细胞增殖及细胞死亡之间平衡,并通过它把废弃无用的细胞清除掉,是正常生理过程的一部分,是由基因控制的细胞自我消亡过程。已知细胞死亡可通过二种不同途径,一为坏死,一为凋亡,坏死已知为病理细胞死亡,发生于细胞暴露在对细胞有损伤的外界环境中,如高温,缺氧或是药物诱导对细胞的损伤,细胞内含物进入细胞外空隙并伴以组织周围细胞碎片释放的炎症反应。
