为探讨邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己)酯(DEHP)对小鼠血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)和天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)及脂质过氧化指标的影响,将40只未成年(3周龄)清洁级ICR雌性小鼠随机分为4组,分别为对照(玉米油)组和125、250、375 mg/kg DEHP染毒组,每组10只。采用灌胃方式进行染毒,每天1次,每周6 d,连续染毒6周。检测小鼠血清ALT、AST、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果显示,与对照组比较,250和375 mg/kg DEHP染毒组小鼠血清中SOD的活力均较低,MDA的含量均较高,120、250 mg/kg DEHP染毒组小鼠血清ALT活力均升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);而各剂量DEHP染毒组小鼠血清AST水平均无明显变化。提示在本实验条件下,DEHP暴露可能导致未成年雌性小鼠脂质过氧化损伤和肝功能损伤。
