历史与技术是中国共产党执政党建设合法性的两个维度。相对于技术合法性的机制性路径,历史合法性实质是民众对政权过去及其未来的认同,具有实践性、变异性与独占性特征。对中国共产党而言历史合法性不仅是巩固执政地位的坚实基础,也是其保持政治生机和活力的关键要素。历史合法性作为执政党不可多得的优势,直接影响到执政活动的顺利展开。我们既要整合旧有的合法性资源,也应注意获取新的历史合法性基础,进而促使执政党建设达到新的高度。 History and technology are two dimensions of the legitimacy of the construction of the ruling party of the Communist Party of China.
