近年来,用空气电弧方法进行各种金属(碳素钢,合金纲,铸铁,有色金属及其合金)的切割和气刨已得到广泛运用。在很多情况下,空气电弧切割可以与刨、铣、凿、氧切割等工序相辅。空气电弧切割和氧熔剂切割是X23H18,1X18H9T、-680等奥氏体钢的两种主要切割方法。当厚度小于25公厘时,空气电弧切割较氧熔剂切割简单,可靠而经济。当厚度大于25公厘时亦可用空气电弧切割,不过生产率和质量都不如氧熔剂切割。切割手把如图1。当长时工作时电流可达500安培,
In recent years, cutting and gouging of various metals (carbon steel, alloy steel, cast iron, non-ferrous metals and their alloys) by the air arc method have been widely used. In many cases, air arc cutting can be combined with planing, milling, chiseling, oxygen cutting and other processes. Air arc cutting and oxygen flux cutting are two main cutting methods of austenitic steel such as X23H18, 1X18H9T and -680.
