在微机上用数值摸拟技术计算了灰铸铁件飞轮凝固过程中的温度场,分析其工艺方案中内浇口的凝固封闭时间,预测内浇口尺寸对铸件内部质量的影响,以便将该尺寸推广到其它灰铸铁件的工艺设计中。
The temperature field during the solidification of gray cast iron flywheel was calculated by numerical simulation on a microcomputer. The solidification sealing time of the gate in the process was analyzed, and the influence of the size of the gate on the internal quality of the castings was predicted. Popularized to other gray iron pieces of the process design.
