建立了微波消解电感耦合等离子体-原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定活血化瘀中药中微量元素含量的方法,并采用该法测定了20种活血化瘀中药中Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、Ni、As、Cd和Pb等微量元素的含量。该方法的加标回收率为90.0%—106.0%,相对标准偏差(RSD)值小于5.06%。实验结果表明,活血化瘀中药中Fe含量较高,重金属Pb和Cd污染较为严重,As含量普遍较低,中药五灵脂中重金属含量最高。
A method for the determination of trace elements in traditional Chinese medicine of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis was established by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES) with microwave digestion. The method was used to determine the contents of Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn , Ni, As, Cd and Pb and other trace elements. The recovery of this method was 90.0% -106.0%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5.06%. The experimental results showed that the content of Fe in Huoxue Huayu was higher, the pollution of heavy metals Pb and Cd was more serious, the content of As was generally lower, and the content of heavy metals in Wulingling was the highest.
